Moodboard Monday - Lilac Lovelies

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between lilac and lavender? Lilac is a pale purple with a pinkish tinge, while lavender is a pale purple with a bluish tinge.

Although they are often interchanged, I'm concentrating on lilac today - the perfect time of year, too, as the lilacs should be blooming soon!  Perhaps they already are in some areas - such a beautiful and fragrant flower!

Moodboard Monday - Vivid Red

Good morning, Everyone!

Hope you all had a great and relaxing weekend......it went by far too fast for me.

Time is flying by and it will soon be time to get out the holiday decor and with that in mind, I guess I'm leading into the Christmas colors with this 'Vivid Red' post..........red being the all-time favorite holiday color.

Also wanted to let you know that this will be the last moodboard for now as I am going to start some holiday posts later this week.  I will also be limiting my posts to Monday, Wednesday and Friday beginning this week.
